I am beyond excited to share with you this years hottest bridal trends! Over the weekend, I traveled to New York City for Bridal Fashion Week at The Plaza Hotel. I had the pleasure of working alongside some of the most talented hairdressers. Being a part of the Ted Gibson Artistic Team is like no other in the industry. We all work very well together so in the end, we can make the designers vision a reality.
This season we got to work with the amazing Berta Belilti of Berta Bridal. She is best known for her high-end, sexy and modern style that incorporates a retro/vintage feel.
For this seasons collection, Berta chose a high sleek ponytail. I absolutely love this look! It is simple yet bold and makes the statement of strength and confidence without taking away from the wedding gowns.
In this collection, we see embellished high-neckline collars and hand-embroidered lace wedding dresses. She has open back and dramatic long train wedding dress. Wedding dresses were more revealing than ever this season. And no brand pushed the boundaries more than Berta Bridal at its spring 2018 show. She took modern silhouettes and infused it with vintage-inspired fabrics. Here is the entire runway collection.
